Position Summary:
Octapharma USA is searching for a National Account Manager to join our team. The National Account Manager will be responsible for GPO/IDN, will focus on National and Large Regional Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Specialty Distributers to assume responsibility for executing Octapharma US commercial sales strategy across our portfolio of products. This may also include responsibility for large physician offices and Infusion Clinics. Account management responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, coordination of information to key organizational decision makers and internal stakeholders to identify and execute on opportunities to grow market share. The GPO/IDN NAM works with varying channel sources (GPO, Health Systems, Specialty Distributers, and field personnel) to assess the market landscape and position Octapharma favorably on RFPs and opportunistic growth situations. The NAM is responsible for creating and maintaining executive level relationships in the organizations assigned to them and provide necessary support and resources to promote pull-through of Octapharma portfolio.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree, MBA degree preferred
Extensive experience with GPOs, such as Vizient, Premier, HPG
Demonstrable experience and success with IDN relationship depth and pull-through
Minimum of 5 years of management experience with demonstrated success in driving accountability for meeting sales objectives
Previous experience in Biologics preferred
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
CRM experience with Salesforce a plus
Ability to travel 70% of the time, along with overnight stays

Octapharma USA Compensation and Benefit Summary:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $160,000 to $170,000; however, unexpected and necessary adjustments or increases may result from Company annual salary increases, if applicable, and/or fluctuations in the job market necessitating adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401[k] eligibility and paid time off benefits, including parental leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
