Patient Experience Manager – GA, SC, TN
The Patient Experience Manager (PEM) is responsible for an assigned territory consisting of a specific geographic region of the country. Using expert understanding of the patient journey, the PEM provides accurate disease state and product information that assists patients in gaining access to Octapharma brands. These activities are to be performed in a manner that is fully compliant with all appropriate regulations. The PEM is responsible for working specifically with patients, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders that support these patients to retain current patients and to convert new patients onto Octapharma brands. Customers include patients and families, Home Infusion Companies, Specialty Pharmacies, and local Hemophilia and IDF Chapters and affiliates.
BS/BA or higher
5+ years of direct sales experience in rare diseases, ideally in the hemophilia/bleeding disorders and SCIg segments required
Plasma and/or Biologics knowledge/experience preferred
