VP, Sales

Are you an experienced sales executive looking for the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership, strategic sales, and analytical skills in a fast paced, rapidly growing pharmaceutical company?

Position Summary:

Octapharma USA is searching for a VP, Sales based out of the Paramus, NJ headquarters. The VP, Sales is primarily responsible for developing, leading, and managing the US Sales Team, in addition to the development and tactical execution of the National Sales Plan. The VP must work in close partnership with all functions, in particular the Brand Managers and VP, National Accounts (GPOs/Specialty) and his team, in meeting or exceeding our annual sales budgets across our diverse product portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Plasma and /or Biologics Market Segment

  • Knowledge of the US Market including GPOs, Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies and IDNs

  • 8+ years of experience in a regional or national sales management role with demonstrated ability to build teams and achieve sales targets annually

  • Expert analytical and data mining skills used to establish sales targets and key account management
