I work as a Chargeback and Rebate Analyst at Octapharma USA. My role is critical to maintaining strong relationships with all our stakeholders. From reconciling data and chargebacks, maintaining proper customer memberships, reviewing contracts and pricing, to engaging in conversations with distributors and Group Policy holders, what I enjoy most about my role is being able to provide value in every space in which I work. I love the variety and opportunity to assist in the many facets of our department. I especially enjoy the team collaboration we deploy to enhance processing and generate rapid resolutions.
