Tanya Keller

I have been at Octapharma for 16 years; my current position is Senior Territory Business Manager. What I like most about my role is my ability to manage and run my territory like it’s my own business. I am in charge of building customer relationships and maintaining them. I have the ability to call on many different types of customers, such as immunologists, hematologists, directors of pharmacies, and blood banks, just to name a few. My work is varied, fun and interesting. Best of all, I am in charge of it. I love the autonomy.

One thing I really appreciate about working here is the stability of the company and the benefits they offer to the employees. The company makes sure that employees have real work/life balance in their lives. It’s not just so many words; Octapharma is committed to making it a reality. Another thing I appreciate is that Octapharma is a really great company to grow with. When I started, we only had one product and now we have a wonderful portfolio of products. I truly enjoy working here. I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds here and look forward to my continued success.

Another great thing about working here is that the staff here is very diverse. The employees come from a variety of backgrounds which gives us the ability to learn about different ways of seeing the world. I find that very positive. I love the culture here and look forward to seeing the continued growth of the company. I do my part by helping to train new territory business managers in the Southeast region. I enjoy being able to help them learn about their jobs and to set them up for success.

The advice I would give someone wanting to work at Octapharma USA is that they need to be competitive, able to face challenges, and adaptable to constant change in the market.
