Working as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner gives me the opportunity to work with a variety of people throughout the organization. An entrepreneurial spirit is evident across the board. Everyone here “owns” their role and goes the distance to ensure the success of their individual department and the company at large. We all take our contributions very seriously. I also enjoy the dynamic environment. No two days are the same at Octapharma; it’s the most challenging and rewarding place I have ever worked. I love that when I walk into the office there is never a “typical” day. Every day I learn new things and adapt to what is going on in the larger organization. What is constant is that no matter what department you are in, you play a role in getting patients our life-saving therapies. That shared purpose is really incredible!
The staff here is very team- and family-oriented. Everyone is happy to assist you in finding information, getting questions answered, and helping you achieve your goals. We are all invested in our collective success. It’s a great feeling. I have been promoted multiple times during my tenure with the company and have continued to learn and grow in my career. I really appreciate the opportunities I have been given. I have quite a few years to go before I think about retirement – I intend to work at Octapharma until that time. It’s simply a fantastic place to work.
