Senior Manager, Chargebacks and Contract Administration | 10+ years at Octapharma
As Senior Manager, Chargebacks and Contract Administration, I get to work with a broad variety of customers and internal departments and apply my expertise to ensure that chargebacks are correct and accurate and that contract terms are upheld. I love the puzzle-solving aspect of validating a chargeback, taking into account customer specifics, classes of trade, products, contractor and distributor pricing, and specific contractual terms. It is a complex and interesting challenge. On the contracting administration side, I love being able to see the pricing trends and intricacies of each contract’s terms and conditions. During my tenure the team has grown from one to five and I have advanced steadily in responsibility. I was able to lead the implementation team on our chargeback and contracting system and have put many practices in place to improve the department. I know my contributions are seen and valued and I feel very appreciated as an employee. I could not be happier to have made my way to Octapharma; it’s a great company.
